The Supernova, co-designed by Aipa Surfboards and Noel Salas of Surf n’ Show, is a next-generation high-performance groveler built to ignite small waves and wave pools alike.
Engineered to thrive in 1’–3’ surf, the Supernova isn’t a fish or a hybrid—it’s a true high-performance groveler designed for speed, precision, and explosive responsiveness. The outline is compact and refined, built for quick rail-to-rail action and tight turns in the pocket. A subtle single to double concave bottom generates lift and drive, while the tail design adds control and snap even in soft or mushy conditions. Whether you’re carving through a local beach break or threading a modern wave pool, the Supernova lights up weak waves with true high-performance flair.. If you’re chasing a board that surfs like a shortboard but dominates in gutless surf, the Aipa Supernova is your go-to small-wave weapon.

Surftech Fusion Pro Epoxy Construction
Surftech’s EPS/Epoxy build ramped up for pro level performance and increased durability. Includes a fused cell stringerless EPS core is layered with E-glass, biax glass and engineered carbon tape for a light weight performance board with a lively feel. All Fusion Pro boards are hand finished.

In-stock surfboard items, allow 1-2 days for careful packaging and couriers to collect from our warehouse.
