Now, it is possible to have a board that is incredibly tough, light weight and high performance at an affordable price. Created specifically for our Shapers Union range, HDT pairs high performance design with precision molding technology ensuring accurate reproduction and dynamic flex characteristics. HDT uses a model specific, fully fused and water resistant SecureCell EPS Core, military grade fibreglass and foaming epoxy resin moulded in our high tech vacuum moulds creating 30% less material wastage and environmental impact of a traditional surfboard. HDT also creates an exceptionally durable shell that offers unmatched strength and lightweight performance with 50% higher breakage strength at lower weights than PU.
