One size fits most. Changing Ponchos are designed to run larger and fit looser for an easier changing experience. For adults, here are our size options: Small - Medium, Large - Extra Large and XXL in some designs. 

Small - Medium:

• Suits 5’ - 5’7” Height Range, 100 - 145 lbs Weight Range.
• Width: 25.5 inches
• Length: 41 inches

Large - Extra Large:

• Suits 5’7” - 6’2” Height Range, 130 - 249 lbs Weight Range.
